ALL attendees at the PLC, including Clergy, Adults, Teens, Pre-Teens and Infants MUST be registered, MUST receive a badge and MUST wear and display the badge at each and every event, function, meeting and service during the PLC.
ENTRY WILL BE DENIED TO THOSE NOT DISPLAYING THEIR BADGES
Prior to receiving their badges, all youth, under the age of 18 years, MUST submit a duly issued and executed PARENT CONSENT FORM even if the parent(s) is/are present at the PLC. And, ALL Teens MUST submit a duly issued and executed TEEN CODE OF CONDUCT FORM
Please plan accordingly so that neither you nor the PLC Security Staff are embarrassed by your non-compliance with these requirements
